Children's Market Consignor Information

Returning consignors, visit your consignor homepage to work with your inventory, schedule your drop-off and pick-up appointments, sign up to work, etc. This is also where you can check your sales during Children's Market. **Your estimated sales shows 100% of the total you've sold. The church's portion (15%-25%) will not be deducted until we upload your seller report after the sale is finished.**

First time consignors can register here.

Preparing your items (Everyone needs to read this information before you start preparing and tagging your inventory.)

All items for the spring market MUST be entered into
MySaleManager.NET by 8:00 pm
on Saturday, March 3, 2012.

Item Inspection at Drop-Off: The inspection process can be tedious at times.Bear with us as we try to keep the quality and reputation of our sale at its highest. If at any point you feel that the person checking your items is excessively fussy about wear or stains, we will be happy to have someone else check your items. If you can repair or remove whatever is causing an item to be rejected (remove ink stain, repair tear, etc), you can bring it back during the sale. We'll be happy to put it on the sales floor for you.

We may miss some stains. It never fails that those things will be found by someone who had items rejected for similar stains/wear.We haven't figured out another way to handle this speedbump without allowing more stained items in the sale.As any overlooked items are found, they will be pulled. If you find something, please bring it to our attention. Stained items can be purchased for 1/2 price if the consignor gives us permission to discount them. If we don't have your blessing to discount it, the item will be returned to you if it is on your pick-up list or discarded if it is a donation.

The Benefits of Consigning with Children's Market

Shop early during our Pre-Sale! Consignors shop at 3 pm on Tuesday, March 6. All you have to do is give your name at the door.

Shop our half-price sale on Friday afternoon! Consignors are invited to come back at 4 pm on Friday, March 9, to shop our half-price sale early. This is just a simple way for us to tell you thank you for participating in Children's Market.

In addition, we still offer: Checks mailed on Wednesday after the sale, inventory and sales tracking throughout the sale, white and colored cardstock for tags at no cost, as well as tag printing and the highest percentages paid out in our area (75% - 85% minus a $7 consignor fee)!

How to earn more $$$ - Platinum Volunteers who work at least 12 hours, including 3 hours of sorting on Saturday, earn 85% or can choose to receive $20 in shopping credit instead.
Only one bartering shift will be applied toward the 12 hours of work. The other 9 hours must be worked at the sale.

Jacksonville FUMC uses My Sale Manager to improve our data entry, accounting, and check-out system. Consignors enter your inventory online at home. Just visit the Consignor Account Homepage. log in, select Work with Consigned Inventory, and start entering your items. The system will automatically create an inventory sheet for all of your items. Your tags will be created from the information you enter.

The online inventory system offers ease of use, plus a way for you to track your sales, donations, and unsold inventory.

Terms and Conditions: All items that are brought to Children's Market Consignment Sale are done so at your own risk. We will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen. We do everything that we can to make sure these things do not happen, but it isn't a perfect world (or sale) and mistakes happen. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

*** Unsold Item Pick-Up Schedule for Saturday, March 10***

Consignors must schedule a pick-up appointment on Saturday. You will do this from the drop-off schedule on your consignor homepage. If you cannot pick up your items at the scheduled time, arrange for someone to pick them up for you. All items left after 2:45 on Saturday will be donated - no exceptions! The donation truck is picking up everything at 3:00 on Saturday. If you forget to pick up, we will not have your unsold items at the church and we are not responsible for them.

Our $1.00 Sale will be open to volunteers and consignors only. Shopping is on a first loaded, first shopping system, so schedule an early appointment to get the best of the best. VIP Volunteers have the option to shop first, so sign up to help!

Tag Printing- You have several options for printing your tags. Print quality on your barcodes is VERY important. We will be happy to print your tags at the church office. We only print tags on Tuesdays until the week before the sale, so let us know by Tuesday morning if you need your tags printed. You can also print your tags at Office Max in Anniston and Oxford for a small fee. If you have access to a laser printer, they print the highest quality tags. If you are printing at home, please follow the guide below to make sure your print quality is acceptable for our scanners.

Print any tags for donated items on white cardstock. All non-donations must be printed on pastel cardstock (pink, green, blue, yellow , peach, or lavender). You can use any
one
of these colors for your pick-up tags.)

All unsold items with white tags will be included in the $1.00 sale or donated on Saturday.
