Kids 1st serves the Jacksonville community with child care for infants 6 weeks through children in pre-Kindergarten with full time childcare. It provides both quality childcare and age-appropriate early childhood education experiences, preparing children to enter kindergarten. Our outstanding before-school, after-school and summer programs for elementary students provide. We offer School Age Programs for extended day care, holidays, and summer camps. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child is free to create, invent, investigate, rest, play, and explore. We do this by providing spacious classrooms, ample supplies and resources, and experienced and educated teachers who use A Beka curriculum. The A Beka Book approach to Christian education keeps learning lively, interesting, and memorable. Our teachers use their time with children to introduce them to God and provides Bible stories and pictures to reinforce arts, math concepts, language arts, health and safety, music, social studies, science and discovery, and indoor and outdoor play.
